Inside Flow Online Class

Have you ever sung a song with your body? Inside Flow is a magical practice that evolved from vinyasa yoga. We move with our breath but we also move to the beat of the music. In the first half of the class, we break down a choreographed flow to music, learning the sequence to specific song - but with different music. Then - and this is where the magic happens - we put it all together with the song it was made for and we move as one! And that's when your realize you are singing the song with you body.
